As a company owner, managing broker and real estate agent, Sally Kate Tinch understands all aspects of a real estate transaction. She is a third generation real estate consultant and holds a B.S. degree in Health Sciences from Texas A&M University.

She developed strong skills to consult with clients, determine business needs and provide improvement solutions in her prior position as an IT project manager and consultant in Dallas. She applies these same skills to real estate.
As a longtime, Ashtanga trained, EYT-500 yoga instructor and meditation coach, she spends her free time practicing vinyasa yoga. She is active in her Evergreen community as a serial volunteer. She lives in the mountains of Evergreen with her husband of 29 years and a Spaniel-mix rescue dog.
